Private DNS setup on Android & iPhone

Use the personal hostname from your dashboard with an active trial or subscription. The address below is an example, not a working public hostname.

    Open your phone's Settings.

    Go to Network & Internet (or Connections → More connection settings).
  3. 03
    Tap Private DNS.
  4. 04
    Select Private DNS provider hostname and enter:
    your-hostname.bkdns.shop
  5. 05
    Tap Save. You're done!

Check if it works

Open the bKash app — if it previously showed an “outside the country” error or kept loading, the login page should now load normally and show the country as Bangladesh.

Troubleshooting

  • Turn Private DNS Off once, then back On with the hostname.
  • Settings → Apps → bKash/Nagad → Storage → Clear cache.
  • Restart your phone once.
  • Disable any other VPN or ad-blocker that's running.
