bKash & Nagad DNS abroad
A guide to personal Private DNS for Bangladeshis in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Malaysia and beyond.
Test with a free trialWhich DNS should I use for bKash abroad?
With bkdns.shop, you use the personal hostname issued to your account, not a public DNS address copied from a search result. Log in with your phone number, activate the trial in your dashboard, and copy the hostname shown there.
bKash and Nagad have both been tested with our service. Network conditions and app behavior can differ, so check your own phone and connection before paying. The free trial lasts 10 minutes from activation.
Private DNS is not bKash's official DNS
A search for “bKash DNS” can refer to the DNS records of bkash.com or to a service used to connect to the app abroad. These are different things. bkdns.shop is an independent Private DNS service, not bKash or Nagad, and is not affiliated with either provider.
DNS resolves domain names. It does not replace your banking account, bypass account verification, or change the banking provider's rules. Use the official banking app and follow its terms.
How to set up bKash DNS on Android
- Log in to bkdns.shop and activate your trial or paid subscription.
- Copy your personal hostname from the dashboard.
- Open Settings → Network & Internet → Private DNS. On some phones, look under Connections → More connection settings.
- Select Private DNS provider hostname, paste your hostname, and save. Enter the hostname only, without https://.
- Open your official bKash or Nagad app and check the connection.
Can I use Private DNS on iPhone?
Yes. Use the iPhone DNS profile instructions in the setup guide with your own active hostname. The Android Private DNS menu does not apply to iPhone. Follow the profile installation steps on your device.
bKash or Nagad not connecting?
- Check that your subscription or trial is still active in the dashboard.
- Check the hostname for spelling mistakes. Do not use another customer's address.
- Turn Private DNS off and on again, then restart your phone.
- On Android, clear the banking app cache and try again.
- Compare mobile data with Wi-Fi. If the phone loses internet access, return DNS to Automatic while you contact support.
An account restriction, banking outage or app error is not necessarily a DNS problem. Contact the banking provider for account-specific issues. Never send anyone your banking PIN, password or SMS banking code.
Try your connection before choosing a plan
Eligible phone-registered accounts can use a 10-minute free trial once every 24 hours. Paid customers are not eligible. Plans start at ৳150 for one month, with bKash and Nagad payment options and activation after payment verification.
Private DNS encrypts DNS requests; it is not a VPN and does not encrypt all phone traffic.
